About this event

The goal is to be prepared when asked to participate in developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, or taking responsibility for discipline. This HR workshop will introduce you to human resource concepts. We will walk you through the hiring process, from performing a skills inventory to conducting the interview, discussing orientation, and covering some issues that arise after the hiring (such as diversity issues, compensation, and discipline).
